Club Rules

  1. All members must abide by the current Motorcycling Australia General ┬ácompetition Rules (GSR’s).
  2. Riders must be financial members of the club and ride more than 50% of club days to be eligible for end of year trophies.
  3. Riders under 18 years (juniors) must have a parent or legal guardian in attendance whilst riding or practicing on the track at all times.
  4. unsafe riding is not permitted and will not be tolerated.
  5. No smoking and no alcoholic beverages in the pit area.
  6. All riders nominating on a club day must provide a flag person, even if this person is used on the day or not.
  7. Club members have the right to use the track only after signing an indemnity form.
  8. Practice – Junior and Senior riders must practice separately, no exceptions, no excuses.
  9. Always follow the direction of officials, at practice or race meetings.
  10. At all times club members should be respectful towards other club members or officials. If any person is un-cooperative or his/her attitude affects the running of the club, or club day, or practice, they will not be welcome as a member.

NOTE

All of the club officials are parents who have been assigned specific tasks. If any official cannot answer you particular problem, do not get angry, ask nicely for the name of the person who can help you. As they are all volunteers, extend to them your courtesy and consideration. Before criticising an official, ask yourself if you would be willing to take over the job.

PARENTS AND GUARDIANS

Your behaviour could effect you child’s future entry into competition. Should a parent or guardian of a rider become abusive to any official at a meeting the Clerk of Course will make an immediate ruling on the incident, this may result in the guardian/parent or child being excluded from any future meetings at the club.

Riders under the age of 18 cannot enter a race meeting without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If parent/ legal guardian is unable to attend, they may nominate another adult as the child’s legal guardian for the race meeting in question.

This legal form must be signed by parent/guardian, nominating the temporary guardian.

WARNING/REMOVAL OF USERS

We have a 1 2 3 warning system, no one wants abusive or negative posts.

A warning consists of yourself being removed from the site, you are more than welcome to come back on after your first 2 warnings. However after your second warning any one rule breaks will result with you being banned from the page.

We will also permanently ban any user who seriously breaches the profesional code of conduct. Please PM and Admin member if you are being harassed.
